Legends defies "Car salesman" sterotype Congratulations on doing the smart thing, before buying a new car. RESEARCH! See, I didn't do that. I thought I'd just "go for a test drive" at West Congratulations on doing the smart thing, before buying a new car. RESEARCH! See, I didn't do that. I thought I'd just "go for a test drive" at West County Honda in St. Louis and it became the biggest nightmare you can imagine. (That's another review) After WC Honda failed to deliver, I found the exact same car in KC. I saw great reviews about Legends Honda. After several phone conversations with Don Franklin, he agreed to give me the exact deal with the exact car I was SUPPOSE to get in STL. He was my hero! :) Two days later, I drove the 3 hours to KS and Don was waiting and ready for me. He was wonderful! Kind, friendly and everything ran like clockwork. He thoroughly checked out the car and took the time to show me all the bells and whistles and answer all my questions. Or finance agent was great as well. Didn't push but just simply showed us what was available. Honestly, I would drive three hours any time in the future just to work with Legends Honda again. I couldn't be happier. This dealership works hard for it's customers. I went in expecting the usual phone calls, "what would it take to have you go home in this", etc. but here it was zero pressure. Once I had the exact year, make, and model picked out the dealership worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted through a dealer trade because they were not getting any soon. And even though the other dealerships they were working with gave us issues in the end the excellent team at Legends Honda came through for me with the exact vehicle I wanted.
