Great service dept I took my Wifes Jetta in for a recall. As I do most of my own service work they do not know me or the car but were just as eager to please me as if I I took my Wifes Jetta in for a recall. As I do most of my own service work they do not know me or the car but were just as eager to please me as if I was a regular customer in the Service Dept. The service advisor, Cathleen took the car in and asked if I would be staying with them while they performed the recall, I was not going to stay so she said she would call when the car was ready. When she called a few hours later she said the Tech had checked the car over and found a few issues that should be looked into. I was aware of most of the things the Tech had found and said I would take care of them. At no time was I pressured to have the items repaired at the dealership, as someone who likes to do most of my own work I really appreciate that. When I picked the car up they had also preformed an additional recall repair that I had forgotten about, I was out in less than 5 minutes and I think they even gave the car a quick wash!! I have used the Parts Dept before and have to rate them top notch also, now I can put the Service Dept at the same level Thanks Kevin Kennedy More

Great Service As always, Legends provided quick and highly efficient service. I was able to drop off my car after work in Tuesday, get a rental from the dealership, As always, Legends provided quick and highly efficient service. Recall Notice Not Honored We own a VW Rabbit and the brakes had a recent recall. The brakes failed and the car incurred major damage. The damage resulted in the dealership es We own a VW Rabbit and the brakes had a recent recall. The brakes failed and the car incurred major damage. The damage resulted in the dealership estimate of $6,600 worth of damage. The vehicle accident occurred due to a faulty brake system which was recently the topic of a recall letter sent by Volkswagen. When they were asked to fix the car, they refused. They will not honor the recall. In fact, we have reached the absurd, in that they would like us to pay $6,600 to fix the car completely so they can assess the recall. The car is not worth $5,000. They are avoiding responsibility and not taking care of a customers needs. I do not recommend buying from Volkswagen, as the parent company did nothing to help us with our concern. The result is that we are renting cars to use for work and school while they refuse to fix the car. We now have to take action which will cost more money and time. Sad that they do not care about customers. More

When I came in Scott greeted me, and took my car in right away. Gave me a loaner car for the day and took care of everything. Not only did they take care of my car, but they washed it!!! I wish I lived closer. (maybe my son will take it in for me next time I need something. More
