My only criticism is that the wait time for service is too long. 2 hours for an oil change when u get there for 8am is too long. If I hadn’t purchased the service when I bought the car. Always a pleasure when dealing with Sean. Took my S7 for a service. Sean gave me a brand new loaner so I didn’t have to wait and was able to get on with my day. This is my favorite Audi service on the island so far. Always a pleasure when working with Sean. He knows exactly what my car needs. The only complaint I have is that it takes forever to do small stuff when you decide to wait at this dealership and getting a loaner seems impossible unless it’s weeks in advance. So if something comes up with your car that needs immediate attention you better have someone that can pick you up while your car is being serviced or bring a book or have something to watch on Netflix cause you are gonna be there forever. Sean is 5 out of 5 stars experience every time. 3 out of 5 overall for the wait. More
