Worst service I ever had in 40 yrs of driving Got my car supposedly fixed here.Drove away and next day the problem that was fixed wasnt fixed as I broke down in W. Virginia Called service and spoke to Dawn who told me I needed to bring car in.After 5 times of me telling her that is not so easy as I am in W Virginia she hung up on me.Long story short got car home went to service they ordered me a part I didnt need refused to put cost of 1st non fix toward the new fix.Wanted to charge an additional 447 plus the part was 238.Took it to another shop and had the problem that LEGEND told me I need fixed fixed for 260 dollars.Turns out it wasnt the problem.Went and talked to owner Michael Siegal about the problem.He said he doesnt believe in giving refunds because he wants to win me back.Told me he would call me in a few days.Never heard from him.He was full of it.Now I know why everyone I dealt with in service is like they are.It starts from the top.RUN FROM THESE CROOKS More

When I broke down with my 2012 Tiguan, my immediate thought was that it was going to be a very lengthy, We are now on our FIFTH vehicle from Legend!! When I broke down with my 2012 Tiguan, my immediate thought was that it was going to be a very lengthy, unpleasant battle to get resolved. The truth is, nothing can be further than the truth. Alan, Sam, and Scott were absolutely amazing!! I felt fully supported from the onset. David arranged for quick, attention to detail service in the finance department. Another great encounter with him. Within a day, my 2012 was repaired and ready for pick up. I expressed concerns of not feeling safe getting back into the vehicle. Rather than getting lip service or feeling pressured, they supported and validated my concerns. Within 1 week, they had me in an outstanding, brand new vehicle with financial assistance from VW. I feel 100% confident that kind of support and service just isn't the norm anymore. Legend is truly in a class all it's own, Absolutely no pressure sales, and incredibly knowledgeable sales and managerial personnel. They make you feel like family, whereas no other dealer I have ever visited has been able to do that. I would be remiss if I did not mention how amazing Keith Barnes was at Corporate. More

Virgina and could not start car to get it there she hung up on me.Finally got car back to Long.Island and audi and they told me I needed new ignition.238 DOLLARS 447 PLUS TAX FOR REPAIR PLUS 161 FOR ORIGINAL NON FIX I took car to another shop and had it fixed for 260 dollars.Turns out though the problem that audi told me I had was not the problem it was a bad wire to ignition.Cost to me 161 to fix the original non problem Hung up on when I needed answers.238 FOR PART I didnt need and a 447 DOLLAR PLUS TAX quote to fix non existent problem. Everything is fine until you leave the lot Service from Brian, who claims to be the owners son, and Sam is great until you sign the contract. First, when me made the deposit we were told we would be making one total payment on the day of signing.. Then, upon signing the lease we were informed "oh, well yea, there is a second charge". We should of walked away then. When you trade in a vehicle, they will offer a fantastic service in which they turn in your plates. Don't do it. They will promise a smooth service, but it is anything but. Plates were given to Legend 10 days ago with promises that they would be turned in. Not done, not given back and each time I had to call the dealer to find out where my verification of turning in the plates was. The customer service from Sam is poor, will get loud and determine that cursing on the phone is the proper way to deal with a customer who is frustrated by the lack of customer service being received. Upon leaving the lot after leasing the car, I was informed that we would get a $100 referral for everyone who bought from Legend. I don't see myself ever recommending someone to that dealership. More

The Passat is a excellent car. It exceeds my expectations. I love it. And the service department is top notch based on my experience for minor adjustments. So far legend has lived up to its name, legendary experience. I recommend not only VW and the Passat but LEGEND as your gateway to an excellent product and great customer experience. More
I'm never going to this place again I bought my car from the prepared dealership and was lied to about most of my vehicle. The sales person knew nothing about the car besides it was an A I bought my car from the prepared dealership and was lied to about most of my vehicle. The sales person knew nothing about the car besides it was an A4 and was black, besides that he was incompetent. I've taken it here twice to be serviced. First time was the 45k mile check up, which went smoothly and the second time being now, or well 2 weeks ago when I first dropped off my car. I was hearing a noise so I dropped it off on a Thursday morning. They called me Monday to tell me it was front bearings and rear differential (3 1/2 days for diagnosis? Really??) so I told them to go ahead and fix it. The car was finally ready on Saturday afternoon so I went and picked it up from them. Driving home I heard a noise worse than when I brought it in, so I called them up and drove it right back. On Monday I received a call saying that the differential they put in was no good, it had a bad seal so they needed to order a new one, again I said ok and was told it would be in the following Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and it's still not there, Wednesday I call still nothing, today finally they get it in a week and a half later. The part arrived at 1pm and I received a call at 4pm stating the car won't be ready until tomorrow. They work until 5:30. It takes 4 1/2 hours to do a differential?? So needless to say they've had my car for 2 whole weeks and haven't even apologized or tried to hurry it along. Worst customer service, worst experience ever. STAY AWAY!!! More
