Another Pleasure at Legend We leased our second VW Jetta from Mike Paskoff. Mike is a true gentleman and we always enjoy chatting with him. We wandered in on New Year's Day and We leased our second VW Jetta from Mike Paskoff. Mike is a true gentleman and we always enjoy chatting with him. We wandered in on New Year's Day and were happy to find Mike ready to take us on a few test drives. Mike had all of our paperwork handy from our last lease in 2013, so he knew how we like to structure our deals. We are incredibly happy with our 2016 Jetta SEL (a slight bump up from the '13 SE), and Mike spent more than an hour with me on pick up day showing me all of the car's features, including the new nav and "infotainment" system. We have recommended friends to Legend and specifically Mike, and would do the same in the future! What a great experience, great guy and great car! More

Buyer Beware: Bait and Switch. They try to cheat you at Legend Audi. I first dealt with Richard Hayat (he as been selling cars for 18 months). He was very pleasant to talk to. H They try to cheat you at Legend Audi. I first dealt with Richard Hayat (he as been selling cars for 18 months). He was very pleasant to talk to. He had go to Ed Jaffe (been there 25+ years). I told both Richard and Ed my specific requirements regarding the terms of my lease. 36 months, 15K per year, No money down and of course specifics that i needed within the vehicle. I went in at 9am. They kept me there 2 hours to figure out the deal. We then agreed on a number and the terms of the lease. I went back with my wife 2 hours later to finish and sign the deal (which they said had to be done immediately...because i was getting such a great deal). We did the insurance paperwork, credit app. etc. I was just about to sign the final document when i noticed that THEY CHANGED THE TERMS OF THE LEASE...AND TRIED TO SNEAK IT BY. We ALWAYS agreed in 36 months. NOW IT WAS 39 months. TOTAL BS. Dealer is a total rip off. They cleverly tried to get it past me. I was very annoyed. Ed blamed Richard for being NEW and not telling him. ANOTHER BS story. A was specific. ONLY a 36 Month Lease....NOT 39. I told them i was walking out... Ed said "You wont get that deal anywhere" WELL ED>>>>>>>> I did!!!! I got the exact deal i wanted at Audi of Lynbrook. I dealt with Saheed the Sales manager. It was an amazing transaction. Quick and easy and NO LEGEND BS. Thank you Saheed! GO to Audi of Lynbrook! More

Shady Went in with a bad ECU, OK that happens when tuned. Instead of paying for a new one I dropped off a used one. When I dropped it of I asked where I w Went in with a bad ECU, OK that happens when tuned. Instead of paying for a new one I dropped off a used one. When I dropped it of I asked where I was at price point with diagnostics and such. Was told $400...ok fine. Got a call next day saying used ECU working fine and bill is $1037. Math didn't add up when VW states 2.5-3 hours of labor for an ECU install. Questioned when I showed up in person and they had no rebuttal. After a small back and forth I was told my bill could be reduced. Magically it was reduced $300 to the amount I should have been charged in the beginning. I'm not sure how many unsuspecting people they've caught by this shady business practice but I genuinely feel bad for them. To top everything off they delivered my car with a cracked windshield which bill swears came that way. I know 100% it didn't. I watched him check my car in looking at my registration and inspection and that's where the impact on my windshield was. Shadiest dealer ever folks. More

Besides that Alan was as good as they come. And a company is only as good as its' customer-facing employees. I will definitely have this dealership in mind when the time for my next purchase comes around. Only reason for 4 stars on 2 of the categories is the length of time I had to wait for the finance managed to get me through the paperwork... Took about an hour for him to even sit down with me. Once we got to the work found out he was a cool guy. More
