They tell you to drop off the car again to see if the repair is covered under warrantee (they already know it’s not) so they have the car and offer to take $200 off if it Is not covered. When we went to pick up the car they said that these offers were before they found out that we have a 3rd party warrantee company. Stay away from this shop ! More

I have had nothing but a problem each time I bring my car in for service. There is also something that comes up. The most recent time my car had to stay over night was offered no loaner car and they do not s in for service. There is also something that comes up. My only criticism is that the wait time for service is too long. 2 hours for an oil change when u get there for 8am is too long. If I hadn’t purchased the service when I bought the car.
