I am currently on hold with Corporate. My husband and I have called multiple times in the last week regarding the subpar treatment we have received. While staff is extremely kind, we are getting pushback from all directions regarding a rental car. We currently have our Atlas in for repair for a RECALL that we have been given absolutely NO ESTIMATED RETURN DATE of. We are paying over $500 on this lease for a car that has a third row. We were given a small car from Herz as a rental that SMELLED OF SMOKE, giving me migraines, and is not at all comparable to the car we are driving. Why on earth this dealership does not provide courtesy cars to its customers for a recall is beyond me!!! I am furious. They cannot even get us a better rental car than a smelly small vehicle that doesn't accommodate my family or needs! When you have luxury cars at this dealership, you don't look out for the VW clients. We have tried too many times to come to a resolution here, and we have not been helped. I am forced to write a negative review on your dealership every place I can find. Unreal. For a car that needs to be recalled through no part of our own. Our next car will never be from VW. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else!!!!!! More

The dealership are always courteous to me when I bring my wife’s Q5 and my A6 in for yearly routine services and inspections.
