Good thing they have a car service/shuttle: you should expect to need one. Dropped my car off for new tires (fortunately, with my savvy husband, this time), picked it up and they'd installed the wrong (c expect to need one. My husband caught it, luckily, otherwise I'd have driven away and probably have had no recourse but to accept the lower grade tire. No apology, just an oh well, we couldn't get those so we put these cheaper ones on. Can't get yours until tomorrow, so....want a loaner? And you can reinstall those infant car seats into that, I guess? Last time, they told me I needed a new rear windshield wiper....not knowing my husband had installed a brand new one not ever a week before. I saw the service techs having a little, "oops. guess you picked the wrong thing to try to replace needlessly..." exchange. I mean, you sort of expect service stations to rip you off, but this place is really professional about training their rip-off artists. I don't know how they sleep nights and I feel bad for the young people working there More
