They agree to price for trade in, car your purchasing & extended warranty but that all changes by the time thedeal is done. When you follow up with them after the purchase they are the rudest/worst/unprofessional people I have ever encountered. If you have any issue after the purchase they WILL NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. Another thing they do is over charge for tags paper work and say they will send you refund. Here is the catch they hold you refund up if you do not give them a excellent review. I have been waiting 4 months for my refund!!!!!! More

"We will call you in a week or two"... Please just be real and honest... He really made an effort to work with me... unlike some other salesman I had to deal with.... I got a 2014 Nissan rogue and couldn't be happier with it... no problems Nissan also gave me a 32 inch flat screen TV so definitely nothing to complain about there throughout my car search I dealt with a HANDFUL of dealerships and LEGEND NISSAN was the best to work with...!!!!! I recommend them!!!!! -- ask for Chris Williams too.. he wont STEER you wrong (no pun intended) I would also like to add that MATTHEW amato was the individual who initially contacted me from legend Nissan and he was seriously a pleasure to work with as well and the one that ultimately made me come to Legend Nissan!
