I had changed my mind on a couple of things only to change my mind back and Alam handled it in stride. He was even willing to come in on his day off the next day had I chosen to buy it outright. Any issue I had he put it in writing and made sure he took care of it immediately and followed up with me through text messages on my phone. I would highly recommend Alam. Also Chantelle Thoi Was also a great internet sales person. She was able to get back to me as soon as she got an email of the exact car I was looking for. She was able to give me very fast and thorough information about the car faster and more accurately then any other internet sales person I previously spoke to from other dealership. She worked out the price and the negotiation and made it a worth while 1hour and 30 min drive to ny just to get that exact car. She also made sure everything we agreed upon was in writing. This made sure there was no hassle and everything was straight to the point. I would definitely work with these two again. There are alot of horror stories of buying a new car, they made sure it was nothing but a great experience. Thanks again guys!
