Great people, but not hassle free I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from this place, below are the pros and cons from my point of view: * Pros - Internet Sales rep Chantelle is grea I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue from this place, below are the pros and cons from my point of view: * Pros - Internet Sales rep Chantelle is great, she has been responsive, courteous, and always up-front with pricing information - When I was in the dealership, I worked with Gary Gropper, he is the best car salesman I have ever met. A very nice, genuine person, my 8 year old daughter and 5 year old son love him. While we were waiting, Gary even play cards with the kids try keep them entertained! - Although not without hassle, I did get the price we agreed on before I made the trip down to the dealership - This dealership has good collection of cars * Cons - I made the appointment one day in advance, but when I arrived, the vehicle was not in the lot, it took >1 hour to get the vehicle to the dealership - The price I got from Internet Sales (Chantelle) and the price sheet I signed with Sales (Gary) apparently means nothing, when I go to the finance department to pay, the guy pretty much re-negotiate all terms with me - These are the tactics I encountered in finance department -- Preparation fees and destination fees that was agreed to be part of the vehicle price suddenly showed up as additional fees, it ended up to be >1.5K more than what was agreed upon -- Preparation fees are posted on every desk, trying to make you think they are always separate from quoted price, even though some quotes have them included -- The negotiation process with finance department was lengthy and highly segmented. I was brought into the finance dept office 3 times, with 20-30 min wait in between More
