Horrible Communication Worst experience ever. I drove to this dealership on Sunday 11/18. I was very interested in a car, and the salesperson was trying to work with me on a Worst experience ever. I drove to this dealership on Sunday 11/18. I was very interested in a car, and the salesperson was trying to work with me on a price. We couldn't come to an agreement so I left. The next day they contacted me saying that they were able to give me the price that i can afford. I was very happy and I arranged to come down that weekend to pick up the car. I spoke with Christy several times throughout the week in order to make sure that I bring everything I need to purchase the car. I wanted to pick it up on Friday and she told me that Saturday was better for her. Saturday comes and as I am on my way to the dealership (I live over an hour away) I get a phone call saying that it was sold on Wednesday. WHAT? Absolute terrible communication. I called out of work that day and wasted my time and gas for NOTHING. They made it seem like everything was set. All I had to do was go in and purchase it. Don't trust anyone here! I learned my lesson. More
