Dealership advertised an Infiniti Q50 for $18495. On the phone, was told fees of. $1400 would be added to the price because of “reconditioning”. The additional fees would be registration and tax.......until I went in person and was willing to leave 1/2 in cash and payoff by check next morning. Of course, the three shell monte game begins. Somehow that price was “only if financed through Nissan Finance of 5-7%.. of course, you would be charged an extra $1995 for paying cash or using my own preferred finance. These dealerships have great reviews from people who are naive to the game of car sales. Anyone with poor credit does not mind paying 5-7 %. In this age of Pandemic , these dealerships continue to take advantage of customers looking for a fair, and in this case, the advertised deal. I am hoping the economy picks up and they truly all keep their workers employed. If not, maybe they would one day understand the importance of being honest and respectful of people who work hard for their money and are willing to be fair, and not being taken advantage of. Steer clear if you have really great credit or want to buy cash. Salesperson was fair and polite, I am sure the snake oil saleman manager is to blame More
