So when my husband and I showed up at the dealer to buy a new rogue, we immediately told the sales person if you’re gonna give me a price 500 more just tell me and we’ll leave. He checked my credit score whi new rogue, we immediately told the sales person if you’re gonna give me a price 500 more just tell me and we’ll leave. He checked my credit score which was 830 he took my license he looked this up. He looked that up. He comes back with like 620, I said I told you if it’s that kind of money don’t waste my time. I’ve already been there now for an hour and a half. My husband got a little upset with him. They exchange words he called my husband thief, and that was the end of that. They took that salesman away from us and gave us somebody else. We had much better clarity, but still when we went in the back to sign all of a sudden he said taxes are included. That wasn’t what we asked for. Some reason salesman just don’t listen, they give you the spiel , no matter what you ask what tell them. I did get the call because I truly wanted the car. My wife and I were first time visitors. We arrived late in the afternoon. BM 0ur sales rep. went out of his way to stay well past closing to find a vehicle that met our needs.
