I’m a lease customer at Legend and this was my third lease. I decided to stick with Legend for this lease as I had been pleased with the service in the past and I also thought that customer loyalty mea lease. I decided to stick with Legend for this lease as I had been pleased with the service in the past and I also thought that customer loyalty meant something there. I was completely wrong. If I could give them zero stars, I would. First off, I’m returning a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 13,000 miles on it. A car that Carvana offered me $7,000 more than my buyout for. I get nothing from Legend. Then they give me the highest price possible monthly with me putting $10,000 down (which I told them I was all in for that amount, but I’ll get back to that) and an 820 FICO score. Nissan was offering a much lower priced incentive for the 2022 Pathfinder Platinum that I was going to lease. Did Legend even offer that? Nope. Then came the day to pickup my new vehicle. I’m at Legend, I transfer my insurance from the Rogue to the Pathfinder. I’m now sitting there for over three hours. Then the sales manager comes out and says that they lost the title for the new vehicle and so I could not get it today. It will take two business days to get. This after they called me and told me to come in and pick up the car and after sitting over three hours. I then had to switch my insurance back to the Rogue and go home. Two business days became almost three weeks. My lease on the Rogue actually expired and went into grace period during that time. And I’m the almost three weeks did anyone from Legend contact me to set expectations? Nope. I emailed them and asked them to prepare the buyout for my Rogue. Then, Legend called me with to update me. They promised me that when I pick up the new car I would be in and out quickly. I finally come back to get the car. I wasn’t in and out and the price adjustment was underwhelming, but sometimes you just want the pain to be over. I finally meet with someone to give the rest of my $10k only the find that I also was asked to pay my firsts months lease payment on top of that. I guess Legend doesn’t know what the term “all in” means. Really, anything to get another nickel. I pay it just to get the pain over with. Now to the car. This is a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. As I stated, this is my third Nissan lease and I owned one before that, but this car has a lot of new stuff. Normally when I bought hot leased a new vehicle, the salesperson would show me everything about the car, unless you told them you didn’t want them to. At Legend? Nope. One person showed me how to use the shifter and pair my iPhone. That’s pretty much it. All the driver assist features? I was on my own. Additionally, a warning that took up the entire screen kept coming up every 30 seconds, that I had to dismiss. When I got home, I called Legend and described the warning (as it is not in the owners manual or on any Nissan internet video). My salesperson said it’s a warning to show you that the seats are available, no one is sitting in them and the seatbelts are not fastened. I replied that cannot be possible that people would put up with dismissing a warning like this EVERY 30 SECONDS. He said he would speak to service and call me back the next day. Did that happen? Nope. I went in the internet and learned how to configure my car features and got the warnings to stop BY MYSELF. To be clear, I do not believe that my incident is an isolated one. During the numerous hours that I was waiting there I saw numerous other customers waiting long hours as well. I also witnessed a discussion where they lost at least one other vehicle title. Legend Nissan is ripe with incompetence and dishonesty. Loyal customers mean absolutely nothing to them. I’m the past, I felt it was better but I can tell you that: 1. I will never do business with Legend again, and 2. This experience has turned me off on Nissan as well, so this will likely be the last Nissan that I will lease. More

This is my third lease and my third time working with Jonnie Rhodes. He is such a pleasure to work with. He is a great sales manager. I never felt rushed or pressured during the leasing process. He kept his word with the negotiated leasing terms. When I picked up my vehicle, Johnnie spent time going over the Rogue’s new features. We even drove around so he could demonstrate how the ProPILOT assist system worked. I see why Legend Nissan has such high ratings! I will continue to lease from this dealership and recommend them to my friends and family. More
