Salesperson did not live up to his promises! I never got my car mats for my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. The salesman sold me my car on 5/28/21. His name is Michael Black! I have since made 5 trips to the deale my car mats for my 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. The salesman sold me my car on 5/28/21. His name is Michael Black! I have since made 5 trips to the dealership about this issue all in vain! Every visit he gave me a different reason for the delay, which was nothing but lies. Last visit he actually said he would deliver them himself right to my door! Of course that never happened and here it is 7 months later and still no car mats! I hold him and the dealership responsible for this. In my opinion, a salesman who scams his clients should be fired and held accountable for his deceitful actions! More
