I can’t say enough nice things about Legend Nissan and Joel. In a world where customer service seems to be steadily declining I have renewed hope that it isn’t totally dead. After deciding to purchase my leased vehicle I reached out to the Nissan dealer where I originally leased the vehicle. They did not want to help me, I was told that these transactions are not handled through the dealers any longer. They advised me to contact Nissan directly. This just didn’t sound right to me, I was a customer of theirs and they didn’t want to help me? I wanted to confirm what they told me so I called Legend Nissan in Syosset. They said, “sure we can help you come on in”. From that time on all went well. Joel helped facilitate the transaction, was patient, respectful and answered all of my questions. I was able to complete the process during my lunch hour. He went out of his way for me even though I wasn’t a customer.
