I had purchased a Frontier truck from Larry Velasquez previously, so I was already aware of how hard he works to satisfy his customers. However, I was especially pleased to learn that Larry continues to care about his customers even after the deal is closed. When I bought the Altima, I knew we were getting a used car, and that I had to take the car "as is". However, when we learned of some problems with the car after driving it for a while, Larry did not hold to the letter of our contrat, but instead he went to bat for us so we could have the problems fixed quickly and to our satisfaction. The service department was just as helpful; not only did they get the problems fixed but they also made it convenient for us to pick up the car even though the service department was closing before we had the chance to get there.
