I placed a phone call to Legend Auto after seeing one of their ads. I asked a couple questions and scheduled an appointment with Ray for two days later. Again, no pressure or questions just a friendly “sure thing! See you soon”. I came in and was greeted by Abraham who introduced himself as the manager. I then met Ray, took a quick test drive, and told him what my ideal plan was in regards to purchasing my next vehicle. Not only was Ray open minded and flexible, but he was able to politely and professionally walk me through the process without any bumps in the road. I was working with another dealership on a 2010 Challenger and they sold the car right before I got there, after me telling them I was on the way to get it. And that everything was preapproved thro Challenger and they sold the car right before I got there, after me telling them I was on the way to get it. And that everything was preapproved through my bank. I called Legend Auto Sales and talked to Braulino and asked if they still had the Challenger that I saw on their website. He said yes, and I told him I was on my way and that it would take about an hour. Not only did he have the car out and ready for me, but he had gassed it up also. Because of this experience and customer service level I will definitely be purchasing all of my vehicles through them in the future It was the easiest vehicle purchasing moment I have ever had. More
