I went into look at a car and test drive a few. The car i decided on had two problems I wanted them to fix as well as the financing completed before any papers were signed. They told me they found a lender a decided on had two problems I wanted them to fix as well as the financing completed before any papers were signed. They told me they found a lender and had the problems noted in the papers so u could make an appointment with the service department to have them fixed. However they didnt have a lender at all and lied to get me to sign that night. Then when i went in to get the car problems fixed, they told me one of them was working properly and the other (stereo) they wanted to replace with an aftermarket product from ebay.Now they will not take my calls or call me back. The sales rep. said they would swap the stereo out of another Passat before i bought the car then lied to my face when I brought that to his managers attention. More

Great fast and friendly car buying experience I will start by saying I usually really hate the car buying experience but I had a great experience at Legend Auto Sales. They delivered my car to me so I didn't even have to get out to go get it. I had looked at it before but with all the current chaos I was considering holding on buying until I found out they would handle everything over the phone and internet then bring the car to my house and sign the paperwork. It was fantastic fast and friendly service from KC and Jordan in financing. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend contacting this sales team. KC spent tons of time answering all my questions. More

This is my 2nd time purchasing a car here. KC helped me find exactly what I was looking for both times! He explained everything to me and tried to get me the best deal possible. The only thing I will say is that I wasn’t told that my new Jeep wasn’t automatic doors, which was a huge downside to the car and I’m not sure I would’ve gone through with the purchase had I known that, but I had already signed the paperwork. It’s very difficult to manually unlock each door one by one, especially when I’m taking my dogs out to the park. Overall both experiences were great and I appreciate everything the staff did for me. The dealer was clueless to features of the car. GPS Navigation was not installed, the key only works the ignition. Alarm wasn't setup, no panic alarm, the key farb is brick.
