When I first shopped around for cars in 2018, I wanted a Toyota, but ended up with a Nissan that I was less than satisfied with after having an issue that repeatedly kept causing me headaches. Luckily for me, I was able to schedule an appointment with Frank since I was an essential worker, and he put me in the Toyota that I wanted in the first place. Not only that, but Arthur shopped around to give me an excellent APR, AND both Frank and Arthur were able to work things out to where I was barely upside down on my loan and make things more affordable for me.
