Joel promptly answered our questions about the vehicles availability and when we could come in to see it. We told Joel up front what we could comfortably afford and where we were at with our trade in, and he got to work with the Legend team to make us a deal that accommodated our needs. He was polite, personable, and respectful. Joel and the Legend team negotiated with us for a reasonable price on the vehicle we wanted, and a fair offer on our trade in that we felt comfortable with. Sales Manager Abraham was also helpful and easy to work with, willing to crunch the numbers to get us the payment we needed and he even helped recover sunglasses we accidentally left in our trade in vehicle days after our purchase. Responsive customer service like that really shows how the Legend crew looks to treat you not just as a customer of the moment, but as an ongoing customer relationship they value. We appreciated the genuine and friendly service we received from Joel and Abraham at Legend auto sales in Burien. Jason in the finance office was also pleasant and easy going, providing us with options on our financial contract without being pushy or aggressive. For all the things a dealership shopping/buying experience can be, Legend was the easiest and friendliest one in recent memory. So far, very pleased with the used vehicle we purchased, and we will likely return for future automotive needs. More

Overall good experience with a picky customer I'm extremely picky, buying from our of state. Giovanni worked with me being a PITA. I did encounter a problem with a clean Carfax, but a dirty Auto C I'm extremely picky, buying from our of state. Giovanni worked with me being a PITA. I did encounter a problem with a clean Carfax, but a dirty Auto Check. I was a little sketched out with that, but did end up buying anyways. Gio was patient and not too pushy. Looks to be clean cars.
