Rough start. They made it right in the end. Bought a 2010 Rubicon from Legend. Came in grumpy from so much car shopping and dealing with salesmen and hungry. I asked for a Rubicon and instead of Bought a 2010 Rubicon from Legend. Came in grumpy from so much car shopping and dealing with salesmen and hungry. I asked for a Rubicon and instead of giving me a pop quiz about why it has to be a Rubicon and not another Wrangler, they made me a hot dog and pulled the only Rubicon they had out of the crowded lot and up to me while I ate. After a brief exchange with MJ he understood what I was looking for and why. Dropped the sales pitch and we just talked like normal people. Long story short, I experienced a catastrophic hose failure on the 4th day driving and my stomach dropped. After calling legend back I towed it back to them and they went over it and gave me the bad news that the event lead to frying the tranny and it needed to be replaced...and that they would bite the bullet and make it right for me! Over all great team and they handled a very bad situation like pros. I will be back to Legend. More
