One of the best experiences buying a vehicle. My husband was in an motor vehicle accident so he was looking at replacing his 2008 Dodge Ram. After looking on line we went to Legend Auto Sales. He asked us what we were looking for and my husband said a Dodge Ram. He showed us what they had and was informative without being pushy. He also located the Dodge Ram that my husband had seen on the web. He took us for a drive in it. My husband was to uncomfortable to drive it. We purchased it. Brett then delivered it to our home so that when my husband is comfortable enough it is there for him to drive. That is what I call Customer Service!! Thanks Brett!!!!! More

I named my new car Todd I love car shopping but, like most people, I dread going to the dealership and having to endure gauntlet of high pressure sales, stressful finance di I love car shopping but, like most people, I dread going to the dealership and having to endure gauntlet of high pressure sales, stressful finance discussions, the "let me get my sales manager" tag team tactics and inevitable buyers remorse that I've experienced in the past. My first stop on my recent car buying experience was at another dealership that I won't mention (rhymes with heavy) where the salesman had me drive the car I'd come to look at and then spent the next hour completely ignoring the fact that I said repeatedly that the vehicle didn't quite feel right and wasn't what I was looking for and pressuring me to buy it until I finally asked to use the ladies room and snuck out the back door (I was prepared to climb out the window if necessary). So you can imagine I wasn't all that excited to try again. I got to the lot at Legend Auto Sales at about 6:00 on Saturday evening. Brett greeted me in the parking lot and I steeled myself for the first challenge of the gauntlet as I explained what vehicle I was there to look at. He listened to me explain what I was looking for "fun to drive non-momcar" (I'm a new empty nester ready to lose the Subaru and feed my mid-life crisis need for something that reminds me of how much more fun my life was before stretch marks, hot flashes, xanax and college tuition payments ). We took a test drive in the Sonata sport that I'd come to look at ( I know...but I'm also practical and kids in college are REALLY expensive) and I thought it ticked off most (enough) of the boxes on my wish list. I was ready to bite the bullet and just buy it to get the whole experience over with, but Brett suggested another car on the lot in my price range that I hadn't considered. The shiny red Mazda 3 i sport not only ticked off all of the boxes on my wish list, it just fits my personality. Did I mention it's red? Zoom Zoom! I've named my new car Todd after my high school crush. I love Todd, nothing can replace Todd. But I digress... Brett was fantastic. I didn't feel pressured, in fact he made me take the time to pick out the right car for me and not just the car I was willing to settle for. We did hit a hiccup when I called my insurance and was given a quote for a massive price hike to my insurance that set off panic alarms and triggered my fight-or-flight. In his defense, he really tried to keep me calm and help me hear him out that he could fix my insurance issue, which he did by calling another company and getting me a much better rate, but he also deployed the "grab my sales manager" tag team tactic that, honestly, came close to backfiring on him. In the end, though, legend negotiated with me to give me the deal I needed to be able to drive off with Todd rather than escaping through the bathroom window and I've had not one bit of buyers remorse since. Brett did a great job of dealing with this batt sh**crazy lady, panic attack and all. He managed to keep his sense of humor even though it was getting late. Wait, did I say it was getting late? Remember I said I got there at about 6:30? Todd and I drove off the lot together at 8:05. I don't know how many really positive car buying experiences you've had that only took 90 minutes, but this was a first for me. Brett really nailed it . I'll be sending my friends his way...and not just because, like Todd, he's pretty easy on the eyes too. I have to add that everyone else that I encountered that evening went out of their way to be helpful. The finance manager, Art, was also great, he didn't pressure me to buy an extended service warranty, he worked to get me everything that was promised despite some hiccups on my credit report and he also had a great sense of humor. I was in and out of finance in about 5 minutes. Literally. Wow. More
