My new Audi A3 I looked at an add on Craigslist and decided to stop by and take a closer look. I was immediately greeted and told a salesman would be by to speak wit I looked at an add on Craigslist and decided to stop by and take a closer look. I was immediately greeted and told a salesman would be by to speak with me. That is when I met Joel. Super nice guy and not at all pushy. He showed me around the car I was interested in and then allowed me to make the call on pursuing financing. The team went to bat for me giving me what I needed for my trade and even worked with me on the down payment until I felt comfortable with the numbers. The whole time Joel spoke to me as if we had known each other for years making it comfortable as well as fun. The numbers came back better than I had originally signed for and the whole time I felt totally comfortable, not rushed or pushed into anything.
