Genuine customer service at dealerships does exist. I am just so relieved that there are still dealerships with sales associates that listen and are able to get to the point without rushing or pressurin I am just so relieved that there are still dealerships with sales associates that listen and are able to get to the point without rushing or pressuring by giving you numbers and data that are not even in your price range, to begin with. John was a gentleman and just kept it clean, straight and quick. It was helpful to know they had just what I was looking for which definitely made the process faster and personally the Toyota was at a great price. I was there for about 3 hours I believe which honestly is better than the other times I've spent more than half a day at other dealerships. John did not hesitate on my decision he trusted after I was able to let him know a bit of what I do on a day to day basis. I enjoyed my time while I was there, he kept me in the loop and made sure I was taken care of. I still feel great about my purchase even after leaving. Excited to recommend others to this location.
