BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! This was hands-down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Whatever you do, ask for KC - he’s amazing and truly awesome to work with! We cal This was hands-down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Whatever you do, ask for KC - he’s amazing and truly awesome to work with! We called Legend Auto Sales after spending hours at the Infiniti of Bellevue, on the hunt for a specific model of Infiniti with very specific features. We saw that they had ONE at their lot (and the only one within 400 miles - they’re not kidding when they say they have everything...) and my husband called to confirm availability, and we set an appointment for the next morning. We got there right when they opened on Sunday morning and KC had already brought the car to the front of the lot, and had it heating up before we even arrived. What an awesome show of customer service; he had taken the extra time to be prepared for our appointment. The car itself was STUNNING - a round of applause for the detail crew at Legend! We had came in with a very specific budget in our mind with what we wanted to spend and KC made it very clear that he was going to work with us and help us make our dream come true. They were able to give us top dollar for Mercedes we traded in as well as very clearly explain the loan terms and help us get within $25 of our budget. AH-xxxxxx-MAZING. Legend also offers a really cool bumper-to-bumper warranty (if that’s the right terminology) that basically covers any unexpected issues with the car including ALL the electronics. Which is super important in this day and age where a car is just as much a computer as it is a way to get from point “A” to point “B”. The whole process was just really easy and we also wanted to send a shout out to William in the finance department, who was incredibly nice and easy to stay in contact with about all the things the bank wanted. We were able to just send a picture via our phones of most of our documents which was an unexpected plus. Also, to Vlad! You have assembled an amazing team of workers - you should be proud. You go the extra mile for your customers and you’ve got 2 more customers for life because of that! LONG STORY SHORT - you should never hesitate about calling Legend Auto Sales. Every single person we interacted with was unbelievably nice and most importantly, everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working there which says a lot about the culture and the people. It didn’t seem at all like a stereotypical “used car lot” - we never felt pressured, we felt like we got a great deal, and we were never once kept in the dark about any part of the process. I love my new car (I’m literally obsessed) and I keep raving to everyone about the awesome experience at Legend Auto Sales. KC, we hope you get your engraved trophy. You deserve it!! More
