I have been in the market for a Truck so I decided since my family,friends and myself have dealt with Dohn Bohn GMC for a long time and my last truck was purchased with them; I decided to go back to them ev my family,friends and myself have dealt with Dohn Bohn GMC for a long time and my last truck was purchased with them; I decided to go back to them even though I live further away now. Well im browsing there website and stumble across what appeared to be a misprint.... I inquired about it and a I got a salesman on the phone who told me that the website price is right and even recited back the stock number to me and I repeated it back to him to make clear there was no mistake. We even spoke every day for 3 days to be sure this was right. SO, I drive my over an hour drive excitedly there to check this thing out in person and claim my prize. When I arrived i was warmly greeted by Corey/ Cory and I stop him with the internet add with pictures to be sure I was not being fooled by a sales pitch. He confirmed that indeed that was it and we were ready to strike a deal. I was actually not even going to negotiate much. I was ready. I fill out all the paperwork with all the necessary personal information needed to get this done and waited for an hour and half. Now Corey/ Cory has come back in fourth a few times between me and his sales manager and is pumped to move this truck. The time has come he is bringing some paperwork (remember after getting all my personal information and running it to see where we stand) and says sit down.... We have a little problem, that price was wrong. So I said how much? Well it was about 25 thousand dollar mistake. Why could this not be caught until after running my information? Why was it not caught within the 4 days before I showed up there? More
I came in for a Oil change and factory recall.I was given great service and the job was done in super time. I bought my GMC Sierra February 2009. I have had it in for service and warranty work about 4 times. The service I received was excellent and timely. My wife and I went to Jeff Elliot at Don Bohn because I had purchased a GMC from Jeff two years ago and had been satisfied with the deal and his sales ability in getting to what our needs were and satisfy had purchased a GMC from Jeff two years ago and had been satisfied with the deal and his sales ability in getting to what our needs were and satisfying them with his product. Jeff was as usual very professional in greeting us and listened to our wants and needs and then probed to find out more from us. He then showed us a 2012 Terrain , pointed out the features that satified our needs of fitting entirely in our garage so we could open the tailgate without scraping paint off the vehicle; better gas mileage; no DVD player; and other bells and whistles that we did not desire and definitely did not want to pay for. Two hours later we had a deal ! I would highly recommend Don Bohn and Jeff Elliot to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. More

I received an estimate from John and he was able to answwer all my questions to my satisfaction. John kept me up to date on the vehicle's progress and got it back to me with the work done perfectly. My overall experience from the beginning with Don Bohn has been more than excellent. My wife and I had gone to a number of dealerships in person and online, we were very conversant with many of the details regarding the Acadia and were pretty sure that we wanted to purchase one. We visited a number of other dealerships for different kinds of cars including at least three other GMC dealerships and found that either the other dealerships knew little about their vehicles, tried to strong-arm us into a vehicle that didn't include features we wanted, colors we didn't want or who knew less about their vehicles than we did. In one particularly troubling visit to another local dealership (Royal), the salesman blew off my wife's questions and acted as if we were lucky that he bothered with us at all. Don Bohn's salesman and especially their business manager, take particular care to answer all our questions and made sure we had exactly what we wanted and kept in contact with us until we were satisfied. We are more than satisfied with both the Sales staff and with all of our subsequent interactions with the Service staff. Thanks for making the experience so good. My wife insists that I mention that this was her first non-foreign car purchase and she sends her thanks. We will definitely consider any future vehicle purchases from Don Bohn first and foremost because of the satisfaction we have had with them. The distance is worth it! More

Custome Service was exceptional. The sales staff was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Salesman's knowledge of the vehicle was impressive. Typically, salesmen apply pressure to make a decision and play games, but not at this dealership. I was relieved that I was able to buy a new vehicle without pressure or any ridiculous games. I must say that I highly recommend this dealership. After researching the vehicle on the internet, I was pleased with the purchase price. The Finance Manager was very helpful and explained all options. No pressure from him whatsoever. I enjoyed working with him. I dealt with Jeff Elliott - salesman, Jody Neil - Sales Manager, and Alonso Gomez - Finanace Manager. (Professionals in their field) Thanks for a very pleasant experience! More
