Extraordinary as always The service is always great, phone calls are answered promptly and easy to schedule appointments around my work schedule. I really Kenny and Wes in the service department, they are always polite, couritous and answer questions directly. The other two that work out there, I do not like and choose for them to not serve me. They have rude, smart ellic dispositions and do not care to answer questions. They are always trying to push another service on you , that you dont need and when you tell them you dont feel that you are due for that, they dont want to talk to you any more. All the customers see this and dont like it. You need more people like Kenny and Wes. More

Great experience! One of the reasons I purchased my vehicle from Legacy Nissan was the reputation of the service department. They are great! Most recently I had an appointment at 1PM but due to schedule changes, I had to drop my vehicle off early. Not only was I greeted with a smile and told my vehicle would be finished by 1PM, I was able to pick my car back up before 11AM! Now that is service!!! More
