Brought my vehicle in 3 different times for “service” under warranty and left the third time with my vehicle bandaged A/C problems. Nothing has changed or gotten better. My "piston rings" are bad but since you worked soOooOOOO hard to ignore my warranty, I just run out of oil every 2,000 miles and the solution is givi My "piston rings" are bad but since you worked soOooOOOO hard to ignore my warranty, I just run out of oil every 2,000 miles and the solution is giving you lot more money. The usual. OH! And I requested a shuttle home, was completely disregarded and sat 3 hours instead. Again, as usual. If a shuttle wasn't available, it would not have caused anyone physical pain to tell me. More

We purchased this truck on Saturday July 22 and my son bought it back for inspection on july 24 and also to get the spare key he was told that they would look for it and let him know .The spare tir bought it back for inspection on july 24 and also to get the spare key he was told that they would look for it and let him know .The spare tire lock and sleeve were missing also no one has called yet. The A/C was not blowing cold all of the time on the test drive and was told to the salesman. .When my son left the dealership on july 24 he was pulled over by a state trooper and was issued a ticket for the temporary license plate not filled out correctly. The truck is currently at Matt Bowers getting the A/C checked can't wait to see what else they find More
