This is the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership buy song a new car. I have bought from other Buick dealerships and other car makers and none have even come close. They gave the quickest dealership buy song a new car. I have bought from other Buick dealerships and other car makers and none have even come close. They gave the quickest and most thorough information with the least amount of time spent on the lot. It was worth driving out of state to visit this dealership. Product expert, salesman and financial office all worked together and brought me a great deal!!! More

I reviewed the dealership website, got a call from Alyssa on the used car lot side. Visit their site to view the vehicle Alyssa wasn't available and she referred Matt. Both individuals were awesome, polite and friendly. I did purchase a vehicle and very happy and satisfied with my choice. Before I end this review I have/must name the young lady that assisted me two days follow my vehicle purchase. I called Matt was off and the young lady in the service department was VERY VERY HELPFUL to assist me. I apologize for forgetting her name but she was very Helpful to service my need!!!! My apologies again, Catilyn was her name.😁 More

I recently purchased a 2022 Audi S6 from Legacy. I am from out of state and I had asked Matt (Salesman) to go over the car in detail before I arrived. He shared pictures two minor scratches on the I am from out of state and I had asked Matt (Salesman) to go over the car in detail before I arrived. He shared pictures two minor scratches on the car exterior and mentioned nothing else. I asked for "any issues with the car, both inside and out". Upon my arrival it was raining especially hard and they did not offer to pull the car into the garage for a full inspection. On my trip home I found the carpet on the rear passenger side has worn completely through and is bare, the rear driver's side door has a foot long scratch in it (inches away from the small scratch Matt shared with me by photo), one of the passenger seat adjuster buttons is missing, and the passenger back seat will not fold down. To make matters worse I was informed only after I signed the papers and paid, Matt informed me there was no owner's manual, no floor mats and no extra key fobs. This not disclosed before I purchased the car. I spoke with Matt and he referred me to the Sales Manager (Mike) who was extremely rude and he his only fix to the problem was "he would talk to Matt" and if I wanted the floor matts, fob and manual I should have bought a new car. He never offered once to make anything right. This was a terrible purchasing experience and which will cost me money. I was lied to and would never recommend this dealership. Stay away. More
