Service department is horrific! My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warrant My vehicle was towed because of a recall. Once we went to pick it up the battery was dead and there was a check engine light on. Being under warranty we left it. They charged us 240.00 to diagnose the fuse for the diagnosis port was blown. No check engine lights were on when we had to get it towed. 1.5 hours of labor AKA 240.50.for a 4.00 fuse and to replace it!! More
