I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership that left me feeling completely disrespected. After negotiating a deal and coming to an agreement, I bought a non-refundable one-way plane dealership that left me feeling completely disrespected. After negotiating a deal and coming to an agreement, I bought a non-refundable one-way plane ticket to finalize the purchase. Few minutes after confirmation of my travel with sales person (George Reynolds), I was shocked to learn they sold the car to someone else! The used car sales manager was extremely rude during our negotiations, showing a complete lack of integrity. To make matters worse, George Reynolds, the salesman, denied giving me additional money off, despite our agreement. I was still willing to proceed with the deal, but their unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. They lack transparency and respect for their customers. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! More
My salesman Henry was great from start to finish. Detail shop needs to uo their game; my vehicle was a givren a quick wash, that was it. On Sunday August 25 I scheduled a service appointment online for Wednesday August 28. In my comments, I let them know that I would need a vehicle to use while mine was left with them. Legacy Chevrolet never contacted me about the appointment to confirm anything. On Wednesday morning, I took it upon myself to call the service department to make sure I would have a vehicle to return to work in. Just as expected, due to the lack of communication on their part, they told me they did not have a vehicle available for me to use while my vehicle was with them. I had to ask for a supervisor to get an answer about how to set up a service appointment and have a vehicle from Legacy Chevrolet that I could use while mine was in the shop. The supervisor Ali, said they would give me a call back when they had a loaner vehicle available and we could set up service then. Apparently, customer service is not their priority. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and this is the only Chevrolet dealership close to me. I hope to hear back from the service department soon, but they have already missed that expectation once. More
