Despite numerous attempts to contact the dealership for assistance, our pleas have been met with indifference and neglect. Promises of follow-up calls have been repeatedly broken, leaving us frustrated and stranded. It's disheartening to realize that the dealership's insistence on a pre-purchase waiver speaks volumes about their lack of integrity. This incident serves as a stark reminder to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this particular dealership. I strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this establishment. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and their apparent knowledge of the vehicle's underlying problems are simply unacceptable. More

If you're shopping online, don't bother with this dealership. I inquired about a pickup on Thursday (mid-morning) and sent pictures and information about my trade-in. After texting and calling numerous times trying to get some progress, I still have no numbers from them as of Monday morning. When I spoke to Dylan again, his response was that they're busy and not interested in sending numbers when I might go somewhere else to shop. He also said that onsite customers come first, which is a little hard for me since I'm four hours away, which I told him when this whole thing started. Their way of treating people (policy or whatever) makes their online sales pointless. More
