I purchased three cars from Carlisle Chevrolet before it was sold. I was concerned that i would not get the same great service but I was wrong. I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2024, and shortly afterward, the check engine light illuminated. In December 2024, I discovered that the transfer case was faulty, which led to my vehicle and shortly afterward, the check engine light illuminated. In December 2024, I discovered that the transfer case was faulty, which led to my vehicle being in the shop for the entire month of January 2025. Now, in March, during a routine oil change, I found out that the transfer case is still leaking. Additionally, I was informed that there is a significant amount of rust underneath the vehicle, which prevents them from performing a brake flush. When I brought this to the attention of the sales manager, he dismissed my concerns by saying, 'It's not that much rust.' I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience, as I would never want to purchase a vehicle with rust issues. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. More
