I saw the Jenkins ad in a local "Everybody's Coupon Book", but put it aside due to my prior experience. Finally, I didn't know much about Leesburg, so I went on your website; I decided to book a service appointment. I got an immediate confirmation for a next day service, followed by a call from Phyllis. It took an hour's drive, but I'd do it all over again! What a pleasure dealing with Phyllis and Jenkins -- she explained everything that Carlos had determined on my Jetta, and there was no high-pressure hi-jinx. What a relief! The waiting area was comfortable, and although I waited awhile for the needed service repairs, Phyllis checked on my needs, and kept me updated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jenkins to anyone. FIVE STARS isn't high enough! Thanks for a job well done. More
