Was happy when I bought my vehicle there had a rear brake problem on my Jetta spoke with the service advisor Volkswagen had extended the brake warranty to $24,000 Mi obviously they knew they had a problem th problem on my Jetta spoke with the service advisor Volkswagen had extended the brake warranty to $24,000 Mi obviously they knew they had a problem the service advisor could not tell me exactly what the problem was he said he didn't know and that they were just going to replace my brake pads with the same crappy pads that came on it I told him I couldn't afford to do a brake job every 20,000 miles on the car he didn't seem to care he said that's what Volkswagen dictated advise you not to buy a Volkswagen I've already traded the car in with 15,000 miles and took a beating on it Jenkins Volkswagen of Leesburg your service department is pathetic More

Whenever I bring my car there for service it always has to go back the next day. It's never fixed correctly. 3 times it's been there and 3 times it's gone back each time the charge was at 1200.00 or more. to go back the next day.
