I Feel Like Family I showed up to the JENKINS VW LEESBURG lot on December 19th with no true intentions of doing something that day. I was met on the lot by a very friendly sales representative Jose Narvaez. He talked me through everything clearly and we together made a decision that this was something I could do. I went on and completed the purchase and left that evening. 3 WEEKS LATER ... I'm riding in my car and I'm just broken because after driving my PERFECT CAR for three weeks I figured out quickly that it was not what I was wanting or what I needed. I felt as if I had made a huge mistake, so I went back into the dealership and talked with Jose again. Him and his partner Sheriff Lowe helped me figure out my different options, worked with the financial people, and made sure that I was leaving with a car that I ABSOLUTELY loved. They let me work through the process on my own and they allowed me to make the decision for myself. I felt as if they were there to listen to my concerns, walk me through them step by step and never showed an ounce of distress, and never made me feel like I was being nuisance. I left that evening in a NEW car and felt like this weight was lifted off of my shoulders! THEY TOLD ME WHEN I LEFT, WELCOME TO THE FAMILY! IT WAS NICE TO LEAVE THINKING I WAS APART OF SOMETHING GREAT AND I WAS ABLE TO TURN TO THEM AT ANY MOMENT OF DISTRESS. TRULY FAMILY! GO SEE THEM!!! One of the questions asked if I was left alone for more than five minutes during my buying process and I was, but only at my request and only when they were fighting for me in the business office. I only went in to fix my tinted window! I had already bought a car from them in 2013. I was there to fix the tint on my rear view window. I was sitting in the customer service area watching TV when Sheriff approached me. At first I said, "no thank you", but then I changed my mind and said, "why not, let's see what the new models are like". Against my better judgement, I did test drive the newer model of my Jetta SE and fell in love. After several hours negotiating, I did decide to lease the new car. I probably should not have, but I love the updated version om my new Jetta. The sales department were persistent, however, they were also extremely polite and professional. The only reason why I decided to even check out the new cars was because of Sheriff. She was sweet, well-mannered, and over-all her demeanor was impeccable. I always felt she was honest and sweet. I would buy a car from her again! More

fantastic Two and a half years ago Manager Kenny was a sales associate and he sold me a VW Jetta. Awesome staff! Great experience! I put buying a car right up there with preparing for a colonoscopy and a root canal. However, I can no longer compare those things with buying a car. Sheriff Lowe is an awesome sales lady (or sales person if you want to be politically correct). I was there for a long time putting a deal together to get the car I loved. Everyone there makes you feel right at home and they make you feel as if they have known you all your life. I have been buying cars for 46 years (yep I'm old) and I have NEVER been to a better car dealer in my life! There were a couple of glitches but they got worked out. The staff will truly bend over backwards and do everything they can to make you happy! More
