I expected the typical back and forth haggling over the price, but I was very pleasantly surprised that the deal took place smoothly, and without any issues. The sales rep, Chris Mealor, was knowledgeable, pleasant, and worked very hard to make the deal as painless and hassle free as possible!, Usually, after the sale is finished, you never hear from the sales person again. But not Chris! He even called me the next business day to make sure my satellite radio was turned on, and when he learned it wasn't, he spent 20 minutes on the phone with me and the Sirius representative to make sure the service was active. That's the level of professionalism that Chris showed to me! Most important to me is that they kept their word - they quoted a price and financing terms, and they didn't try and change the deal once I was there. In today's world, that means a lot! More
