We first spoke by phone with Dave Sauer by phone and he asked us to stop by at our convenience and he would put us with a key salesperson. That was Cherrie Scally who listened to what we were looking for and brought in both Kenny Hunter & Scott Wilhem (whom we knew from our first purchase 4 years ago). They teamed together to work with us as to what the best vehicle would be to fit our changing needs. We ended up purchasing the 2019 Arteon and it checks off every box we have. Even siting down to go through all of the paperwork with Jason in the Finance dept was a breeze. He took the time to answer any questions we had along the way. Our overall experience was Excellent. No pressure sales, no pressure finance. We know they bent over backwards to help us get into the new car and we appreciate that entire team. We also know that the service team is just as great to work with as we always took our 2016 Passat there since we have bought it new 4 yrs ago. The Service department is easy to work with. We expect no difference when we bring the Atreon in for routine service. More
