Visited the Leesburg VW and was planning to buy a car for my granddaughter. I was introduced to Carlos Santana. And so happy that I was. While test driving the car, Carlos was able to explain the features effectively without "selling" pressure. This is what all of us "car shoppers" prefer. I hate the pressure of being "sold" something. He answered all of our questions effectively and negotiated with the management to come to an agreement. It was a great experience! OH... and while we were on the lot, he sold us another car too! Great job Carlos! The Finance Manager, Jeff, also did a good job. Quite a bit more pressure on the purchase, but still was able to meet our expectations. Overall, great experience with this dealership! More
