He gave us all the necessary information and never made us feel pressured in the slightest. With the whole supply issue the world is experiencing due to COVID, we have to order the vehicle but we will be getting it through Dave once it arrives! I never felt pressured, but I did feel like he wanted to sell me a car. He has continued to stay in touch to make sure I'm happy with my purchase. Carlos is what today's salesman should be--someone who cares about his clients enough to keep the dialogue going without applying pressure. This dealership was THE worst to deal with other than my salesman. The manager was loud and held our keys hostage. The finance guy was grumpy, stomping out of his office and back. As a matter of fact I asked my salesman if there was someone else I could deal with even before I had decided to buy a car. We were there for over 5 hours. My son's anxiety was through the rough. Almost to the point of a break down. Our phones batteries were about to die but the salesman let us use his chargers. I was charged a fee for them getting my car from the dealership next door (which should have come out of their profit.) I could've walked next door and saved $1000. The only reason I stayed was for my salesman. The finance guy gave me a good rate and called back a couple days later and raised that rate. So overall I will be paying $2000 over sticker price. I didnt like the way he talked to me when pushing the extra services either. Im not a child and this isnt my first time buying a car, dont talk to me like I'm an idiot. When i said i didnt want the service package he told me to go somewhere else to get it serviced, not at his dealership. I'm not happy with this dealership and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a car. More
