I owe a huge thank you to Cristina and Aaron (sp? ) at Leesburg Volkswagen. They saved the day. I bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Jetta about two years ago. I had put off purchasing new tires. Last week ) at Leesburg Volkswagen. They saved the day. I bought a used 2019 Volkswagen Jetta about two years ago. I had put off purchasing new tires. Last week, I pulled out of the garage and had a very, very flat tire. Geico roadside assistance came, but whoever had it before absconded with the key that unlocks the lug nuts. So Geico Roadside Assistance could not assist. A tow was out of the question. I was watching my granddaughter and my colossal car seat, well, if you have any experience with a car seat that stays in the car, you know undoing it, then re-securing it in a tow truck was not going to happen. Unless the tow guy wanted to wait around for an hour plus. So, I called Volkswagen and shared my dilemma with Cristina. She got a tech, Aaron, to come out with the master set. He unlocked the lug nuts and stayed until the Geico guy changed the tire. Cristina gave me an estimate of what new tires would cost. I went in the following week and got new tires. The cost was 20 dollars less than the estimate. Thank you Cristina and Aaron!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with Jeremiah Pollard and he was exceptional.He went above and beyond to make sure my beetle was fixed and finished asap.
