I recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic LX from Leesburg Volkswagen, and while the car itself has been fine, the overall experience wasn’t great. They only dropped the price by $300—from $16,700 to $16,400—but if I had purchased online, I would’ve automatically gotten a dealer discount of $180, so the real discount was just $120. Not exactly much of a negotiation. When my girlfriend previously tried buying a car from them, they added a bunch of extras that pushed the price over $20k. After she pushed back and mentioned the dealer rate she saw, they gave her attitude for not bringing it up sooner—but still stuck to that rate. We also mentioned an odor in the car during the test drive, and they said it would be detailed. But the detailing felt rushed—there was still dirt and grime inside, and the smell was still there. The salesperson ended up spraying the car himself after we complained again, which felt like a patch job. We even asked if they’d include a window tint, which felt like a fair ask for Florida, but they refused. They told us it would cost them and they make no profit on it, which honestly just came off as unwillingness to meet us halfway. In the end, it felt like we were treated more like an inconvenience than actual customers, even though they still got the commission. More

Whenever I bring my car there for service it always has to go back the next day. It's never fixed correctly. 3 times it's been there and 3 times it's gone back each time the charge was at 1200.00 or more. to go back the next day.
