I definitely did not withhold any information, i mentioned other car loans ,that i purchased for my children ,and they are all in good standings,my complaint is that your sales team and myself concluded a purchase agreement with a handshake and then altered said agreement. Please lets not lie and try to divert blame.I have already purchased another vehicle ,and without any smoke and mirrors

Mark, I assure you, we are not diverting blame, just explaining one of the reasons the terms had to be changed with your particular situation. The vehicle you were attempting to purchase, was not appropriate for the budget you were requesting, especially with the additional circumstances mentioned above. In addition to that, as is standard in the car industry, our deals are not allowed to be finalized without signatures on contracts. Your handshake is a commitment to our sales specialist, that should they be able to commit the banks at your agreed to price for the vehicle, that the deal will be able to move forward and finalized. A deal is never finalized with a handshake in today's car industry. As previously stated, when submitted to the bank, the down payment became requested to obtain the approval for the monthly price you were looking for. You chose not to move forward with the bank's rebuttal offer, which we respected. We are not attempting to do anything shady and would like to be as transparent about the process as can be. Also, to be clear, mentioning how you were able to help with your children's purchases and providing full details about those loans, are two different things which can also affect the information my team is using to provide you information in regard to the purchase. The best way for us, the dealership, to provide the information to you, the customer, is for us to have the details of everything to provide you with the most accurate information for you to then be able make the most informed decision in regard to your purchase. I hope this helps clear up any confusion. As I have stated, I am happy to discuss this further with you to provide answers to any misunderstandings. Good morning Mark, I want to apologize on the delay in response, as I was out of the office. Upon my return I wanted to gather more information about the situation to be able to provide a proper response for you, as our goal is to always resolve any conflict with our store with the end goal of creating a satisfied customer. Now I understand that you had come to a potential agreement with our sales staff on a vehicle that met your needs, however, upon submission for the loan from the bank it was determined that you could not be approved. The lack of transparency coming from you referring to the withheld information of the 5 auto loans you had recently opened, too recently to allow a banks approval outside of the one requiring $1000.00 down which you declined. While my team will always fight for the customer, we are only able to provide information based on the information provided to us. Had you informed us of the previous auto loans, we would have been happy to adjust the information accordingly for you. My team did provide that information though once it was obtained and do apologize, we were not able to come to a more comfortable agreement with you. Whenever I bring my car there for service it always has to go back the next day. It's never fixed correctly. 3 times it's been there and 3 times it's gone back each time the charge was at 1200.00 or more. More
