We received outstanding customer service from Walter Fuentes. He was extremely helpful regarding lease turn in information of our 2023 Buick Enclave Avenir when no other Buick dealership in the area kn Fuentes. This dealership does a pretty good job on keeping my 10 year old suv on the road. This latest visit was a follow up from an appointment when I had a few things done (including an oil change) and got a new year old suv on the road. This latest visit was a follow up from an appointment when I had a few things done (including an oil change) and got a new set of tires. Unfortunately my vehicle is leaking oil and they said , after checking it, that they couldn’t determine the cause but they cleaned up the oil and added fluorescent dye to help figure it out. Since then it still appears to be leaking so not likely just oil spilled during the fill but I’ll have to go back again this week to see. Nothing is ever simple or they don’t have the parts etc. More
