On March 13th, I bought a vehicle from Sterling Motorsport (which is owned by Leesburg Auto Import). During the purchase, the check engine light was on. However, the salesman (Devon) took a code re Motorsport (which is owned by Leesburg Auto Import). During the purchase, the check engine light was on. However, the salesman (Devon) took a code reader outside and confirmed that the check engine light was only on because of a loose gas cap. In addition, he also confirmed that the car had been inspected by a mechanic and passed a Virginia State Inspection. After purchasing the vehicle (as is), based on the confirmation of this salesman, I brought my car to the mechanic and found that the car would never have passed a Virginia State Inspection because: 1. The canister purge valve needed to be replaced. 2. The brake pads and rotors needs to be replaced. 4. The bulbs were burnt out 5. The electronic parking brake was disabled. So, either the dealership knew about the damage and lied about the inspection or they never had the car inspected properly by a mechanic. In addition, the mechanic also noted that there was an active code for a grill shutter replacement and recommended that I take the car to a bodyshop (as reflected on the mechanic's paperwork). During an initial inspection by the bodyshop, they noted that the car had been in a large impact accident and that the hood and bumper had been shoddily replaced without doing any of the necessary bodywork. While acknowledging that I did purchase the car 'as is', it was based on a lie told to me by the salesman. At this point, I will have to pay another several thousand dollars out of pocket to have the body work repaired, otherwise, my car will not pass the emissions inspection. In Virginia, you cannot officially register a car without a new emissions inspection. The owner of Leesburg Auto Import, Yasser El Azzem told me directly, "our salesman can say anything" and refused to do the right thing, which is to pay for the work or take the car back. Instead, he offered me $11,000 for a car that I paid $13,900 for less than two weeks ago from his dealership. In the past, I have always bought my cars from carmax or certified used from the dealer and to be honest, I thought the stereotypes about used carsalesmen were a myth. Thanks to Leesburg Auto Import and Sterling Motorsport, I can tell you, they're a stereotype for a reason. Do not trust these guys. As the owner of the dealership told me directly, 'our salesman can say anything," and in this case, they lied to my face. I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and I hope that others learn from my mistake. More
Won’t return phone calls, emails, won’t even send purchase orders after being told six times they would. I have purchased flights from TX, hotels, even bought tickets to the skins game in DC and canc purchase orders after being told six times they would. I have purchased flights from TX, hotels, even bought tickets to the skins game in DC and canceled everything because there was NO trust established since I was going to drive back. I was still going to pay their mystery $1000.00 fee; but decided by business will be valued elsewhere. Customers should have dignity when purchasing, you won’t find it here. Very distastefully disappointed. More

He was diligent, honest and continues to provide support when I text him questions about my new car. JR manages a great team of people. They make you feel important from the minute you walk into the dealership until well after you leave. Andy was the finance guy. Called ahead to verify Lexus RX had no accidents. Employee named Yaser said he looked at car fax, ensured me that for sure no accidents, told him driving almost two hours to see it. Seriously….Drive Employee named Yaser said he looked at car fax, ensured me that for sure no accidents, told him driving almost two hours to see it. Seriously….Drive 2 hrs for the car. The car had 2 major accidents. The dealership is a side of the road lot car that has “nice” cars most with real issues. Would never purchase a car from a place like this, should have known better before even driving there. More
I've been waiting for 2 months now for the General Manager to sign documents to release my vehicle out of the warranty contract. Whenever I call I get told that he will call me back. AVOID AVOID AVOIDNo matter how nice the vehicle go the AVOID AVOID AVOID No matter how nice the vehicle go the other direction. The salesmen are greedy and could care less about customer service; they AVOID AVOID AVOID No matter how nice the vehicle go the other direction. The salesmen are greedy and could care less about customer service; they only want your money and could care less about the condition of the vehicle you are purchasing. They are very good at hiding problems in the engine, despite them claiming it’s in ‘near-perfect’ condition. My Jeep did come with a 30 day or 1,000-mile warranty. Because it ‘looked’ very new and the salesperson was insistent that it was in such incredible shape, I purchased the Jeep. Unfortunately, the Jeep starting having problems in the engine was just after driving 150 miles. I couldn’t trust the salesman, so of course I took it to a local mechanic. This mechanic discovered over $1,200 in damages to the engine due to the massive oil leak and other parts that needed to be replaced in order for me to drive it safely. The mechanic even showed me the temporary cheap fix that this sales lot attempted to make so they could get it sold to a sucker like me. When I contacted the salesman to inform of the situation, he was arguing and said they would not warranty it, that if there was I problem, I should have taken it to their hired mechanic (the one that did the temporary fix in the first place). After not giving up (a lot of arguing back and forth), I provided them with proof of receipts, and they said they would only pay for the parts ( 8% of the bill) and refused to pay for the replacement of the battery that actually died a week after I bought it, had no idea it was so old. If you are looking for an overpriced, unreliable place that only cares about themselves and how they could benefit with no customer service, this place is for you. But if you are looking for a reliable vehicle that is fare priced with customer service that I strongly urge you to go somewhere else. I wouldn’t send my worse enemy here, they are that bad! More
