He offered a lower rate when we decided to get the extended warranty. He told us that he could offer a better rate because the banks appreciate us taking an extended warranty and he told that he switched banks because of that. I am really not sure how this works but I am pretty sure it was made up. 2. The cost of the extended warranty, many dealerships offer a better-extended warranty at a lower price. Also, I don't believe whatever he said was on the warranty paper either. The last disappointment was that even though they knew that I was getting the car, they could not give two keys when I walked out from the dealership. They said some one had checked it out and would have to post it at a later date. More

She was also very knowledgable about the cars and was great about showing us more features. When actually purchasing the car make sure you look up the true car value. They are a True car dealer and having that price point made getting the price we wanted easy. The only thing we didn't like was that when negotiating the trade in value the business manager seemed like he was whining about loosing money instead of just giving us the final offer. When purchasing a pricey new vehicle I don't really want to hear how the dealership is "loosing money". Adam in the business department was great about explaining our options and getting us what we wanted and needed without pushing options that we didn't want. Made finishing paperwork quick and easy. Sure Mike will sell you aftermarket stuff if you want it, but most importantly, bring him a finance rate quote and he'll beat it and do so honestly and without any nonsense. Kayla and Mike are what keep me coming back to Lees Summit Honda. If you are looking for a Honda in the KC area, give Kayla a call and let her go to work for you then ask for Mike in finance. You will not be sorry and you will wonder why you ever messed around with any other Honda dealer. Lastly, I should add that Lees Summit Honda has a tremendous Service Department. I've worked with Corey in Service and have even taken in non-Honda cars for service there because they are fast, honest and their prices are better than any other service shop I've been to. More
