As long as I live in Maine, I will only get my cars from a Lee Auto dealership. Art Fogg, my salesman, was excellent to work with and took very good care of me. Art is a true gentleman and made this purchase relaxing and fun, too. Lee Toyota and the Lee Auto family is an excellent place to buy a car. A year later, I am still very pleased to be a Lee Auto customer. And I love my car! More
I learned Toyota had a buy back program for Tacomas for perferated frames. I contacted Deb Berry at Lee's in Norway. I asked Deb if Lee Toyota could conduct a frame inspection in Norway and I was intereste perferated frames. I contacted Deb Berry at Lee's in Norway. I asked Deb if Lee Toyota could conduct a frame inspection in Norway and I was interested in purchasing another Tacoma. Deb was very accomodating and called Dan Daigle at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Dan was very prompt in calling me back and setting up an appointment in Norway. The inspection was done and my 96 Tacoma failed. Dan explained the program and Ken Kay called me that afternoon. Ken was very friendly and worked hard to get the financing I needed on the Tacoma I was interested in. Deb, Dan and Ken went the extra mile for me when other dealers closer basically told me "when you get the claim check from Toyota, then come talk to me." I decided to go with Lee Toyota in Topsham even though it is an hour(+) drive for me.My purchase experience at Lee was low pressure and very pleasant, quick and professional. I will recommend anyone from my area interested in purchasing a Toyota to take the extra time and drive the distance to Lee Toyota in Thopsham. Thanks so much, Deb, Dan and Ken Ron Cole More

We owned a 2000 Ford Ranger with 100K miles and some problems into the bargain. A my wife's suggestion, we dropped by Lee's to look about. We 'fell in love' with a 2006 Scion X B-sure, it looks like a Toaster on Wheels, but I can get in and out of the thing easily(and I Am Not in the Age demographic for the vehicle, by more than 1/2!)You can see out all the windows-it is rather like an enclosed motorcycle! So we worked a deal, and even got some Kopecks for the old Ford truck-which was a happy gift. The banker went to work and found a credit source(in a slice of bank perversity-since we did not have a recent auto loan, and were not in debt from xxxx to Breakfast-we were a bad risque-even with a retirement income for each of us.) The salesman John, did a good job with the entire sale-and he was always hopping from one job to another. After a long afternoon, we at last had the paper plates on the Toaster, and took 'him' home with us. I had occasion to load him with hay bales and forage for our horse, and 'he' did a trucks worth of work, and was comfortable into the bargain. We also took it to Mass for a social visit, and I was pleased with the highway abilities of the Scion. So Reader, if you are seeking a Dealer to buy from, peg over to these folks. As of this date, time and place, we have no disagreement with Lee, and would recommend him quite heartly to all. As they used to say"Happy Motoring" More
Just purchased 2009 Sienna Van from Lee Toyota. This is the second Sienna we've owned - we traded in our 2004 van with the purchase of the new van. Our 2004 van was purchased at another Maine dealership but we had our service done at Lee's. When we made the decision to trade and purchase a new van we did our research on line. We wanted an XLE with specific options and found very few available in the state. We visited and talked with several dealers - some more helpful and cooperative then others. In the end we were referred to Ken Kay who assisted us in locating a van out of state. He was professional, friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. We would purchase another vehicle from him tomorrow if we needed one and will recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Dan Daigle and Paul Flood in the Service Department have been outstanding to deal with and I am happy to have a new van to bring in for their attention. It has been my pleasure to deal with each of these individuals at Lee Toyota. Thank you. More
Let me start by saying that I have bought several cars from this dealership starting with the original owner to present Adam Lee. I have tried to be a good customer in spite of my sarcastic nature and have pro-actively tried to remain a customer at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Prior to visiting Lee Toyota we knew we wanted a new RAV4 but were unsure on the trim line, options or color. Art Fogg and Mark Hranicky were very knowledgeable and helpful. After looking at all the colors t but were unsure on the trim line, options or color. Art Fogg and Mark Hranicky were very knowledgeable and helpful. After looking at all the colors they had in stock we decided to wait and visit other dealers to see the remaining colors. While Art followed up to see if we had additional questions he was not aggressive or pushy. After seeing all available colors we returned to Lee Toyota and, as it turned out, bought one they had in stock. Throughout the process Art, Mark, and George in the office, were very helpful and professional. A positie experience. More
Joe Day was friendly and very professional. We entered seeking an inexpensive replacement for a recently totaled auto, and Joe listened, gave us information, showed us choices, and let us find our own pro seeking an inexpensive replacement for a recently totaled auto, and Joe listened, gave us information, showed us choices, and let us find our own process toward a different, more expensive, but ultimately better choice. By profession I am a psychiatrist, and Ellie is a psychologist. We are very alert to pushy people, to people with agendas, and particularly to people who do not listen. Joe is none of those. We really enjoyed working with him and would send others his way. To complete the transaction we spent time with George, who was organized, clear, friendly, and pleasant. He helped us with the car loan and walked us through the tedium of forms. More
I had been using Lee Toyota for service for my 2003 Toyota Camry for the last few years. The quality of the work at Lee was excellent. They were also friendly, easy to work with, efficient and provided Toyota Camry for the last few years. The quality of the work at Lee was excellent. They were also friendly, easy to work with, efficient and provided me with a ride home after I delivered my car and a ride back to the dealership to pick up my car when it was done. I bought some new tires at VIP. After they were installed, I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel, but thought little about it. 10,000 miles later I brought my Camry to Lee for the 90,000 mile maintenance check. Lee computer balanced my wheels as part of this check and completely eliminated the vibration. I was very pleased. Nevertheless, after that service, I decided it was time to trade. I had wanted a Prius for a few years. When I checked them out at Lee a year ago when the price of a gallon of gas was about $4.00, there was no wiggle room on the window sticker price and you were put on a waiting list to get one. I decided at that time not to get one. Recently, on the other hand, with the terrible recession in this country and car sales being down in general, I heard there was some dickering possible on the Prius. I wanted to buy at Lee because it is convenient for me (nearby)and because I liked the service there, but I contacted three other dealerships in Maine and one out of state to be able to be competitive about prices. I did a lot of research on the internet including consulting DealerRater, which very much pushed me toward Lee and away from the other dealerships I was considering. I was very straight forward with salesperson Trisha and sales manager Mark at Lee telling them I wanted to buy there and informing them of the other prices I had been quoted and what dealerships gave me those quotes. Lee beat all the other prices and, because there was one other little consideration, even dickered with me a little more after that. Beforehand, I had had my Camry appraised for trade and Lee gave me exactly what I asked for it. So, what's not to like about the transaction. All my experiences with Lee have been satisfying. The Prius is a great car and I love it. More
I had an excellent experience at Lee Toyota. From my initial conversation with Adam Lee, to closing the deal with George Hopkins; I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone wh initial conversation with Adam Lee, to closing the deal with George Hopkins; I was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone whom I met. Art Fogg was a joy to work with. He was knowledgeable, respectful and was able to help me leave with the car I wanted. I feel that I received a good price for my trade in vehicle and was able to purchase my new Prius at a very good price. Art was willing to spend the time to make sure that I was happy with the option package and color of my new vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured. George Hopkins explained the warrenty choices in a straight forward way and, again, I did not feel pressured. I had been dreading this part of the transaction but instead found it interesting and reassuring to be able to purchase additional coverage at a reasonable price. The service department was able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday to install snow tires and get the vehicle ready to go. Eric was very courteous and I look forward to having my new car serviced at Lee's. More
As this was my first time buying a new car, I was a little nervous to say the least. John was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest. There was low-pressure and everyone was very pleasant. I decided t little nervous to say the least. John was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest. There was low-pressure and everyone was very pleasant. I decided to check out another Toyota dealership in South Portland just to see what they had in stock. Unlike Lee Toyota, the sales staff there were very pushy and tried pressuring me into buying an older car at a higher price. I went back to Lee Toyota where they were very efficient in getting all of the paper work together for my purchase. Everything went very smooth. I will definitely recommend Lee Toyota to everyone I know. More
