Joe Day is the nicest, most competent auto sales rep I have ever dealt with. No pressure, fair pricing, straight forward negotiation and very accommodating to specific requests (i.e. finding my color cho have ever dealt with. We visited Lee Toyota in Topsham knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted. Although it was extremely hard to find in our chosen color and with the options we wanted, Mike Moran and his coworkers did not vehicle we wanted. Mike's customer service is unprecedented, always having a smile on his face. He has a refreshing demeanor, and is a pleasure to work with. Mike regularly kept in touch with us on the status of our order until its arrival. He was never pushy, and was more than willing to explain and demonstrate all of the features and options on our vehicle. He also called and followed up shortly after the sale to make sure everything was satisfactory. The deal was closed quickly and painlessly, spending only a few moments with Jason in the office. Jason was also a pleasure to deal with, having a great sense of humor, and having everything ready for us on our arrival. We will definitely be recommending Lee Toyota, and specifically, Mike Moran, to anyone we know looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I went to LEE Toyota in search of a Corolla or Camry. The LEE team made it their goal to get me into my car at a very reasonable price and the lowest interest rate possible. Mike (and all of the Lee Toyota staff I spoke with) was extremely attentive and pleasant. Unlike salesfolk at many dealerships, Mike took the time to make sure that everything went well before, during, an extremely attentive and pleasant. It's not often that a dealership will check in with you a week later to make sure things are going well with the car and that you're still pleased. Mike has a great personality, seems to really enjoy his job, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy. He took extra time that was not actually scheduled to fix a problem I thought of on the job, and will go out of his way to make the customer happy.
