My wife an I went looking for a new or a good used toyota. I had talked earlier with Joe Day on the phone he was very helpful. After a little negation we got a good deal on new car. everybody was very friedly and helpful.I whould recommend them to all my friends an hope to do more business with them in the future. More

I first started shopping for a Prius in the middle of Sept. I went in and spoke with Chad who was supportive and we took a test drive. I told him what the budget was and what we were looking for. Mike suggested a lease option as a feasible alternative to the direct buying, which would not fit our budget at this time. More
William was personable and knowledgeable about the models we were interested in. His manner was friendly, enthusiastic and interested. The encore was that after we got home, we decided that we should have opted for a higher annual mileage. We called on Monday, and were able to quickly and easily re-write the lease agreement. I would highly recommend Lee Toyota in general, and William Eggleston in particular, to anyone interested in learning about or purchasing a Toyota. My wife, who knows about such things, also pointed out that Jill (the charming and efficient woman who handles financing options)wore extremely nice shoes. More

Joe made this process less painful than I have experienced in the past. He did not pressure me into a deal. He gave me the space and time to make an appropriate decision. I would buy a vehicle from Joe again. He was polite, patient, and tried to make the best of a process of negotiating that is exclusive to the auto industry and can be very annoying and frustrating. I went into your dealership with medium knowledge of the vechile I wanted. Mike explained everything to me in great details. I also had a specific price in mind of where i wanted to be finacially. I worked with Trish Hunter and was a repeat customer from another Sales agent who was no longer there. Trish did all of her homework and treated me with such expertise and courtesy and all at my own pace. She is very knowlegeable of the products offered by Toyota and therefore knew what to show me and how to do so with no effort on my part. I felt as if I received a fair deal and am very very happy with my new Venza! Will was very supportive of getting me a very reliable, efficient, perfect fit of a car for me so that I could make it home without push-starting my car after leaving him that day. I was very surprised that he could even help with finding a car for me or that he was going to treat me like he would with any other customer given how young I am. Also I was very surprised that could drive a car home that day. One thing that I noticed about Will is that everytime he left me for a minute for paperwork or whatnot he made a point to look like he was trying to be quick about getting things done so he could get back to me. I liked that a lot not that he really needed to. At that point he had really helped me out whole lot. Theres a great crew that worked that night, and they all still remember my name! A friend of mine recommended the best place for me to go to have my needs met. More
